Fee Overview
- App Fee: $75 (per applicant)
- Admin Fee: $250 (per household)
- Valet trash fee: $25 (monthly)
- Pet Fee: $400 for the first pet and $200 for the second (one-time due at move-in)
- Pet Rent: $25 (per pet up to 2 monthly)
- Storage: $50-$100 (optional)
- Single Car Garage: $200
- EV Garage: $275
- Double car garage: $350
- Late Fee: $125 (rent is late as of the 4th of each month)
- NSF Fee: $50 (returned funds charge)
- Transfer Fee: $250-$500 ($250 at lease expiration, $500 mid lease only after 6-months of occupancy and on-time payments)
- Key Fob replacement: $50 (one per lease holder given at move-in for a one time $35 charge)
- Mail Key Replacement: $10 (replacement only)
- Refundable Security Deposit: $500- One month (credit-based)
- Trash Violation: $25 (per occurrence)
- Electricity Recovery Fee: $50 (per occurrence)
- Lease termination fee: Refer to NAA Lease Agreement
- Legal/Eviction Fees: Varies
- Insufficient notice fee: Equal to 1-months rent, refer to NAA Lease Agreement

Free Range Furry Buddies Club
At Homestead, fur babies are part of the family too. We’re excited to welcome both cats and dogs at a maximum of 2 pets per apartment home with a combined weight of no more than 125 pounds. Aggressive breeds are prohibited; see below for more information. Please contact the leasing office for complete details.
Breed restrictions: Excluded dog breeds include Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Bull Dog, American Pit Bull Terrier, American or Bull Staffordshire Terrier, Bullmastiff, Bull Terrier, Chinese Shar-Pei, Dalmatian, Doberman Pinscher, Presa Canario, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Siberian Husky, Stafford Terrier, Chow, German Shepherd and any mix thereof. PetScreening is a required platform for proof of breed, weight, and required vaccinations.
